10-Jul-09: Up early (02:00) for my 05:30 Delta flight to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic for the 2009 PADI Course Director Training Course. Should arrive mid afternoon or so. Will have a couple of days to get settled in before the program kicks off on 13-Jul-09
11-Jul-09: Up for a half-day of diving off the north cost of the Doinican Republic with Mark and the gang from Northern Cost Diving. Joining us on the dive was the United Kingdom's Ambassador to the Dominican Republic. A good time was had by all. My first time in the ocean in years in a standard BCD. I've left my backplate and harness back at home for this event. Things went well, I've some diving to do on the 12th which will allow me to work a few more
kinks out.
